SHIPPING POLICY

When you’re done placing your order and submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are no able to see your confirmation email, kindly contact us at tajisleepwearkenya@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +254 (0) 727108315.

Once your payment is verified and the order is processed, your parcel will be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification. Please ensure to carefully check and confirm your address and contact information. In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee.

NAIROBI DOORSTEP DELIVERY

Locations Under Nairobi County:

These will be 1-2 workday deliveries done by wells fargo at a rate of Kes 400 standard for all areas in Nairobi.

All packages are processed and delivered within 1-2 business days from the time you purchase. 

REST OF KENYA

Locations under the rest of Kenya including all counties other than Nairobi.

Price: Range Kes 400-1000. This depends on location, be sure to carefully select your location at the check out point to get the rate.

Lodwar- Safarilink courier services

Western & Nyanza(Nakuru, Kitale, Kericho, Eldoret, Kisii, Kisumu, Narok)- Easy coach courier services

Coast Area- Mash poa courier services

All packages are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

RWANDA & EAST AFRICA

Locations here are Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania & Rwanda are done to available in the dropdown menu, at checkout - under country.

Our courier is Mash Poa courier services that cover the region of Rwanda, Uganda & Tanzania.

All packages are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. All orders purchased after 3:00 PM (EAT) are noted as the following business day.
